Bezzera Coffee Leveler
Bezzera's Coffee Leveler is a height adjustable, aluminum leveling tool designed to polish and distribute coffee in the portafilter basket prior to tamping. The base of the leveler is made of stainless steel and features a flat pinwheel design with four sloped wedges that distribute and smooth out the grounds in the basket. On the outer edge of the leveling base, depth measurements are indicated between 4 - 12mm though the leveler can be extended slightly further than that.
To adjust the leveling depth the tool is designed with two segmented rings for easy gripping, allowing you to twist the top free from the base and adjust the depth whenever you need. The entire leveler can be disassembled for thorough cleaning.
