The Breville Precision Brewer Thermal Coffee Maker BDC450BSS is the answer for anyone who best enjoys craft filter coffee. The Precision Brewer boasts a 60 oz capacity and hosts a bevy of features to extract your perfect drink, automatically adjusting water temperature and brew time to satisfy SCA standards. PID digital temperature control provides adjustability and stability superior to the horseshoe heating elements in other machines. The Steep & Release valve allows for a kind of pre-infusion when the carafe isn't being used, automatically soaking grounds for small volumes. Six brewing modes include Gold, Strong, Over Ice, Cold Brew, and Fast (which can make 12 cups of coffee in 7 minutes). The My Brew mode can be customized to your preference, with settings including, bloom time, brew temperature, and flow rate to effect the desired flavor in the cup.
