Refurbished machines at Whole Latte Love come from our buyer’s remorse program and have been used for no more than 30 days. They may have light scratches or marks but never deep scratches or dents. Each machine is carefully tested to ensure like-new performance and comes with a 6-12 month warranty as a testament to our confidence in the product.

BWT's Bestsave water filter is an in tank filter that protects your machine against scale buildup and helps to improve the taste your espresso. Wrapped in a food-grade quality fleece, the Bestsave uses an ion exchanger to bind calcium ions in the water. This process also helps to remove unwanted tastes and smells by significantly removing heavy metals like copper and zinc and chemicals like chlorine from your water.
To activate the Bestsave filter, simply leave it in a full tank of water for 8-10 hours. Once the filter is activated it will work to filter your water until it expires. In the interest of hygiene, BWT recommends changing out the filter every two months.
