Overview

The Ceado REV Zero delivers commercial‑grade performance to prosumer and café workflows. Its 83 mm red speed burrs are paired with a 4 A motor for fast, quiet espresso grinding at around 5 g/s. A new ALIGN (Advanced Leveling Intelligent Grinding Nexus) system tracks burr position digitally, so your setting is always visible on‑screen and you can “pin” reference points to return to as needed. Choose models with WAM (Weight Adjustment Module) for grind‑by‑weight dosing, or without WAM for traditional time‑based operation—both built on the same chassis with a modern asymmetrical design.

WAM

WAM (Weight Adjustment Module): Tares your portafilter and dispenses by weight with 0.1 g precision; three programmable doses (A/B/C) plus manual; two activation styles pre-selected start with automatic activation or PFA (portafilter activation) bypass with touch screen grinding.

• Serviceable by Design – Grinds chute removes via a single screw for deep cleaning and exposes the anti‑static de‑clumper; rear fan vent cover and filter pops out for rinsing; on‑screen filter‑clean reminder.
• Thermal Management – Milled aluminum grind chamber acts as a heat sink; fan has three duty profiles (1-home use, 2 default, 3-high‑volume) driven by an hourly grind‑count algorithm.
• Work Area Light – Chute mounted light with adjustable brightness (25–100%) and color (white, blue, violet, amber).
• UI & Controls – Sleep/standby, display brightness, language, date/time, QR user manual, firmware info & factory reset, manager lock permissions. Scale activation/calibration menu supports later WAM installation.
