With up to 3.4 grams per second of grind speed, three programmable doses, and minimal retention, the etzMAX LT is a great choice for anyone looking to streamline their at-home espresso preparation.
Features & Benefits
The etzMAX LT is a modular grinder built to make owning it as easy as using it is. Accessing the grind chamber for cleaning requires no tools, and the burrs and hopper can all be swapped out and replaced to shift to single dosing (sold separately) or filter configurations (sold separately). Etzinger includes a set of burr shims that should only be used when swapping the stock burrs for an alternative set.
Etzinger’s rotating ring burr produces up to 3.4 grams of espresso per second and is dialed in using both stepped macro- and stepless micro-adjustments. The etzMAX LT has three individually programmable buttons that can be set within 1/10th of a second increments. Each grinder ships with a compact pocket scale, allowing you to program grinding times to achieve your desired dose. Grinding is activated via a "start" button and can be interrupted via the "stop" button.
Housed in a pure aluminum frame, the etzMAX LT is durable and easy to keep clean thanks to a set of two included brushes, one for cleaning the burrs and one for brushing off any loose grinds. The included portafilter funnel is compatible with a 58mm portafilters and serves as an optional tool to prevent stray grinds from making their way onto your counter.
