The Eureka Mignon Arte is a compact espresso grinder that features limited edition housing designed by Genoese artist Francesco Musante. With a touchscreen display, 55mm flat burrs and stepless micrometric adjustment the Arte not only looks but performs the part of luxury home espresso grinder. Thanks to the Ace system, coffee is fluffy and free of clumps or static, all while grinding quietly thanks to Eureka's silent system.
The Mignon Arte offers a solid kit, starting with its 55mm flat hardened steel burrs. With the ACE system coffee clumping and static is eliminated for fluffy doses of coffee, and it's nearly silent all the while. With its 260 watt motor spinning at 1350 RPM, coffee is dispensed at up to 1.8 grams per second when set for espresso and up to 2.5 grams per second depending on the grind.
Two doses are available, as well as continuous manual grinding. Selections and adjustments are made using the light-up touchscreen display which makes managing your settings quick and natural. For convenience, the portafilter fork is adjustable and allows for hands-free operation.
The Eureka Mignon Arte is a piece of Eureka history and a collector's item. From a grinding perspective it's quiet and straightforward to use. With the Mignon Arte's micrometric grind adjustment, there's no struggle in finding the sweet spot for your preferred espresso. It's fairytale inspired artwork is guaranteed to turn heads.
Grind adjustment is easy and stepless. All you need to do is turn the knob on the top of the grinder until you reach your preferred grind fineness. The grind adjustment system is stepless, providing you nearly infinite grind settings for ultimate precision.
The Eureka Mignon Arte uses 55mm flat burrs made of hardened steel to grind through coffee beans. With the 310 watt motor spinning at 1350 RPM, the Mignon Arte dispenses 1.8 g/s when set for espresso, and 2.5 g/s when set for brew.
The Mignon Arte features limited edition artwork by Genoese artist Francesco Musante. The whimsical fairytale style adorns the sides and back of the grinder's housing while the front features Musante's signature and the specific number of the grinder in the limited run of 200 that were produced.
Intuitive touch controls make it quick and natural to select your preferred dose and adjust grind times. Thanks to the light-up display and minimalist interface, the display is easy on the eyes and even easier to read and understand.
