The Eureka Mignon Libra Brew is a grind-by-weight grinder designed specifically for brewing at filter sizes and above. With 55mm flat burrs, Eureka’s patented ACE anti-static system, and easy setting adjustment, the Libra Brew is the perfect companion to any French press or pour-over setup. 

Features and Benefits

Like most grinders in Eureka’s Mignon line, the Libra Brew features their patented ACE anti-static system and silent-grind technology, along with stepless micrometric grind adjustments of the 55mm flat steel brew burrs. The Instant Grind Weighting Technology dispenses the set weight of coffee into the 80g stainless steel dosing cup every time, regardless of what size you’re grinding at. 

The Libra Brew is operated via an intuitive touchscreen display that makes setting and adjusting the two programmable doses unbelievably easy. To start grinding, simply place the included dosing cup into the weight based cradle and press the button for your desired dose. When adjusting your grind for various brew methods, the Libra Brew makes use of Eureka's Easy Setting System, meaning that the full range of grind adjustment is achieved with a single twist of the knob.

Grinding on the Libra Brew is optimized for non-espresso methods thanks to its unique Brew Burrs which are designed with different cutting geometry than the standard espresso burrs found on most Eureka Mignon grinders.
