Thanks to its 71mm vertically mounted burrs the Guatemala can grind at up 15g/sec.
With just two buttons and a graphical grind size reference, the Guatemala is a grinder that can be easily operated by baristas of any skill level. With 20 grind settings that range from cold-brew coarse to espresso fine, a bag clip, knocker and height adjustable table, the grinder is well suited for on-demand retail bag grinding for any brew method. The 71mm burrs are mounted vertically so that ground coffee falls directly through them and into the bag below.
To operate the grinder, simply load coffee into the grinding chamber via the hatch on the top and start the motor. Thanks to the vertical design, the Guatemala achieves grind speeds between 13-15g/sec or 800-900g/min depending on your setting. The burrs have a 3,000kg/6,613lb lifespan and the grinder conforms to a wide range of safety and sanitation certifications.

With 20 grind settings the Guatemala has a grinding range that goes from espresso fine to cold-brew coarse. The bag clip and stand allow you to grind directly into retail bags or other containers.

With just two buttons, one for power and one to start the motor, simply load your coffee into the top and start grinding. A reference chart is printed on the front so you can always select the proper grind size for your brew method.

The Guatemala is CE, CB, ETL Safety, ETL Sanitation, UL 763, CSA C22.2 No. 195 and NSF/ANSI 8 certified. Its burrs have an average life of 3,000 kg of coffee at the median setting.
