With a 235 Watt motor that spins at 1400 RPM and a set of 54mm flat, steel burrs, the Twist SD delivers an 18g dose of espresso in just over 13 seconds. And, thanks to the worm-gear grind adjustment mechanism, the Twist is extraordinarily precise. In fact, when we tested this grinder, it took a 98° rotation of the adjustment knob to move the burrs 1 micron. Compared to a standard grind adjustment knob that makes the same shift with a mere 2° rotation, the Twist is as much as 50 times more precise. 

The Twist SD54 tilts forward at a slight angle.
