The grinder is the single most important piece of equipment that accompanies and espresso machine. With that in mind, ECM has crafted the ECM S-Manuale burr coffee grinder with the beauty and the finesse to tango with their home espresso machines.
Wrapped in polished stainless steel, with the ECM logo front and center, the S-Manuale makes an impressive statement. Its grinding prowess can be attributed to a powerful 450W motor and a set of 64mm stainless steel burrs. As an added measure against overheating, the housing of the machine is vented in back for greater airflow and cooler operation.
Grind adjustment is stepless, allowing for a nigh-infinite number of settings when calibrating your burrs. For even smoother adjustment, the S-Manuale also features a worm gear that prevents you from having to turn the entire gear with your hands. Grinding is all operated manually via a switch that you press with the portafilter, allowing you to dispense you preferred amount with ease.

Vented Housing
The S-Manuale 64 is endowed with the same stately elegance of ECM's home espresso machines, making it the perfect companion for any of them. The vented body design promotes better heat release from the motor to keep the grinder cooler while operating.
Infinite Grind Settings
The S-Manuale 64 features stepless grind adjustment using a worm gear which allows for an infinite number of grind settings.
