The Refurbished Profitec Pro 800 Lever Group Espresso Machine is designed to combine traditional manual brewing with modern technology and engineering. The Profitec Pro 800 is a throwback inspired by lever operated espresso machines. Wrapped in beautiful mirror finished stainless steel, the Pro 800 houses an array of professional grade components including a massive 3.5 liter copper boiler and a PID temperature controller. The unique and massive lever brew group allows for gentle pre-infusion of your grounds to guarantee flavorful and crema rich extractions with every shot you pull.

Features and Benefits: Housing and Build Quality
Height Adjustable Steel Legs
The Pro 800 towers over your countertop on a set of high quality steel legs. In case you decide to plumb the drain or water line, the legs are height adjustable to provide additional clearance beneath the machine.
Removable Cup Warmer
Located on top of the machine, the cup warmer is passively heated by excess heat from the boiler. The tray can accommodate a half dozen espresso cups and lifts off for access to the water reservoir.
One-Piece Frame and Stainless Steel Housing
Built on a solid foundation, the Pro 800 has a one-piece steel frame and is housed entirely in mirror finished AISI 304 stainless steel.
Features and Benefits: Brewing
High Capacity Copper Boiler
Brew water is supplied by the Pro 800's absolutely massive 3.5 liter (118 oz.) copper boiler for near endless water while pulling shots. Copper is known for its superior heat retention and is an ideal choice for boiler material.
Boiler Pressure Gauge
As a lever style espresso machine, the Pro 800 has only a single gauge on the bottom right of the machine to monitor pressure inside of the boiler.
Concealed PID Temperature Controller
To help preserve its elegant simplicity as a lever group machine, the Pro 800's PID is hidden behind the drip tray, underneath the boiler pressure gauge. With the PID you can monitor the temperature inside of the boiler and adjust brew temperatures to satisfy your extraction parameters.
Manual Lever Brewing
Brew pressure is generated manually with the hand lever. When the lever is engaged, the boiler begins filling the group head with water from the boiler for light pre-infusion of your coffee. To begin extraction, simply raise the lever back up.
Features and Benefits: Frothing and Hot Water
Spring Loaded Steam and Water Valves
The steam and hot water valves are both spring loaded, preventing you from having to rotate the knobs numerous times to open or close them, which in turn reduces wear and tear.
Monitored Reservoir and Direct Plumb Option
Depending on the availability of a water line, the Pro 800 can be plumbed directly into your water line or draw water from the 3 liter water reservoir. To prevent the boiler from running dry, the machine is fitted with a microprocessor that controls volume in the water reservoir and the boiler. The machine will automatically alert you if it needs to be refilled.
Insulated Steam and Hot Water Wands
To help prevent accidental burns, both the steam and hot water wands have been insulated to keep them from getting too hot too quickly.
Features and Benefits: Cleaning, Maintenance, and Other
Drain Line Adaptable Drip Tray
The Pro 800 boasts a large, 1 liter drip tray to catch excess brew water. The tray can also be fitted with a drain line, eliminating the need to empty it.
