The Rocket Espresso Gravo is a featureful espresso grinder that delivers the high-concept design that Rocket is known for. With the ability to grind doses by weight, digital grind adjustment with programmable burr position, and variable motor speed between 500 - 1,500 RPM, the Gravo is the most sophisticated coffee grinder to bare the iconic "R."

With 63mm blind burrs, retention and heat transfer are lower for higher clarity extractions with fresher coffee. Available in a wide range of housing styles, the Gravo is an excellent partner for any Rocket machine in both aesthetics and performance.

Why You Want the Gravo

Simple Interface

There are no menus or hidden interface functions on the Gravo. All programmable variables and settings are accessible directly from the main screen. Your dose, measurement method (weight or time), RPM, and burr distance are all adjustable, simply by pressing (or pressing and holding) their dedicated number or icon.

After a brief period of inactivity the screen will transition to black with the word "Gravo" displayed in the center. The grinder can be woken back up by tapping the screen or touching the portafilter cradle.

Multiple Grinding Modes

By default, grinding recipes are programmed by weight within 1/10 of a gram increments. Coffee is dispensed directly into your portafilter which held securely by a height adjustable cradle. Grinding begins as soon as the portafilter is inserted and tared by the Gravo and stops automatically when your target has been reached.

If desired, the Gravo can also be set to grind by time instead of by weight, and also features a fully manual grinding mode that allows you to start and stop a grind cycle by pressing a button.

Digital Burr Positioning and Variable RPM

The Rocket Gravo can store up to three grinding recipes and each recipe can be programmed with a unique burr position and RPM. When changing between recipes, the burrs will automatically reposition themselves based on the grind setting of your selected recipe and the motor will operate at the designated RPM.

Motor speed can be set anywhere from 500 - 1,500 RPM in order to experiment with and optimize particle distribution percentages based on the coffee you're brewing.
