Varia FLO Filter Papers

Varia's FLO Filter Papers are premium coffee filters made from Japanese pulp and designed for use with the FLO and other popular coffee makers. The high quality pulp is responsibly sourced for sustainability and does not impart any paper taste or smell on the coffee. The filters are available in two sizes and two speeds to complement your preferred extraction conditions.

GSM and Speed

GSM refers to Grams Per Square Meter which measures paper weight and density. The 21 GSM filters brew faster and offer less resistance while the 50 GSM filters brew more deliberately. When combined with the various FLO screens, this allows for greater optimization of your extraction parameters to perfectly suit your coffee.

Filter Sizes

Both the size 55 and 85 filters are compatible for use with the Varia FLO dripper. The size 55 filters can be used with other 155 flat bottom coffee drippers like the Kalita Wave style and the size 85 can be used with 185 flat bottom coffee drippers.
