The DeLonghi La Specialista Touch is an intuitive grind-and-brew espresso machine with a full color touchscreen display and 15 step conical burr grinder. There are 10 programmable drinks that can be customized and saved to four unique user profiles. Using DeLonghi's Bean Adapt technology, you can also save profiles for up to six unique coffees, allowing you to easily change between coffees and experiment with different beans. The Touch also features a programmable steam wand with a temperature probe, allowing you to program your desired milk texture and temperature to produce the perfect froth texture regardless of the milk you enjoy.

On-Demand Cold Brew

DeLonghi's cold brew function allows you to prepare a cold brew coffee simply by selecting it from the menu. You don't need to change you grind or dose, the slow pulsing extraction will pump water into the puck, saturating it before extracting rich, low acidity cold brew coffee. For added clearance, the La Specialista's optional cup riser tray can be removed, allowing you to place taller cups filled with ice under the portafilter.

Programmable Milk Frothing

The La Specialista Touch revolutionizes milk frothing with an automated frothing wand that can produce five textures and four temperatures. Depending on your choice of milk (dairy vs plant-based) and your desired level of foam, the steam function can be programmed to automatically froth to your desired settings simply by placing the wand in your pitcher and starting a cycle.

You can also use the wand to froth fully manually in order to practice your skills if desired or to produce temperatures or textures outside of the programmable ranges.

Thanks to its color touch screen, the La Specialista Touch can prepare 10 unique drinks, with guided instructions and automation for favorites like the Cappuccino and Latte. The full menu of beverages includes:

Each recipe can be programmed to your preferred settings, with 4 unique user profiles as well as 6 coffee profiles using DeLonghi's Bean Adapt system that stores coffee settings and automatically adjusts based on the beans you're using. The built-in grinder has 15 settings, and the La Specialista Touch has two commercial style baskets and can dose up to 20g for a double shot.
