Profitec's GO 2.0 is a lively and compact single boiler espresso machine with a PID controlled 0.3L eco brass boiler that's ready to brew in just 7 minutes. The GO has two programmable brew buttons, each of which can be set with your desired brew time and an optional two phase pre-infusion cycle. Brewing is highly customizable thanks to the programmable PID temperature settings, an externally accessible OPV to adjust brew pressure, and the all-new modular bottomless portafilter that comes with a silicone double spout insert along with a set of single, double, and triple shot filter baskets.

Customizable Brewing

The Profitec GO 2.0 features significant flexibility for customizing your extractions to suit your coffee. Both brew buttons can be programmed by time, each with its own unique pre-infusion cycle if desired. Pre-infusion is performed in two phases, active wetting where the pump runs, and a passive soak phase where it doesn't. Brew temperature can be set within 1° F and you can even adjust the temperature offset within the boiler for greater precision. The PID can also be used to adjust the temperature for steam mode to increase or decrease pressure as desired.

On top of the machine you have access to the OPV to adjust brew pressure, and the machine's new modular portafilter comes with three filter baskets including a 21g triple shot basket so you can experiment with dose size along with temperature and pressure.

Quality of Life Programming

Thanks to its modern PID controller, the GO 2.0 has access to all of the recent quality of life updates that have been introduced to Profitec's machines. The GO 2.0 can be programmed with two sets of unique On/Off times for every day of the week. You can also program reminders for things like backflushing, replacing your water filter cartridge, or descaling your machine. There are also several handy shortcuts to quickly enable or disable pre-infusion or to start an automated backflush cycle.

Compact Design

At just under 15" tall and 9" wide, the GO 2.0 can comfortable fit into most coffee bar setups without an issue. The inclusion of the new modular portafilter also increases total clearance for cups, allowing you to pull longer extractions and fit scales more easily. Profitec also reduced the noise generated by the machine with rubber grips under the water tank lid and a plastic drip tray insert to prevent rattling while the pump is operating.
