The Technivorm Moccamaster CD Grand Coffee Maker offers a simple to operate brewing experience that can produce a full 60 oz. carafe in 6 minutes, ideal for entertaining guests at home. Water is heated quickly by the unique copper boiling element, maintaining temperatures between 196 and 205 degrees Fahrenheit for an ideal extraction. The cone shaped brew-basket design makes for a 6-minute steep to perfectly saturate the grounds and extract the full complexity, flavor, and aroma from your coffee. While brewing, an ultra-precise pulse action pre-immersion drip-style system allows for the perfect coffee bloom.
The CD Grand will brew up to 60 oz of coffee in just 6 minutes, and the built-in hot plate will hold temperatures of either 175 or 185 degrees Fahrenheit at your preference, shutting off automatically after 100 minutes. The CD Grand Coffee Maker is constructed of a durable metal housing and BPA/BPS/BPF & Phthalate free plastics, and boasts a commercial style flat bottom brew-basket. It is recommended to brew only a full carafe at a time.
