Professional Aroma Grinder 2+
JURA's latest grinder the P.A.G.2+ relieves tension on the burrs after each grind cycle. The E10 lets you set your desired grind range between mild and intense, and adjust your burrs before brewing.
The JURA E10 is a cold brew capable variation of the incredibly popular E8 espresso machine. New to the platform are JURA's Cold Extraction Process for on-demand cold brew specialties and the new Professional Aroma Grinder 2+, a unique tension relieving grinder that allows you to adjust your grind setting between drinks. Coupled with JURA's Light Extraction and Sweet Foam, the E10 has access to all four of JURA's Worlds of Indulgence for a menu of 36 unique drink variations.
Coffee is ground and brewed with a set of conical steel burrs, with the brew group accepting up to 16g of freshly ground coffee and the option to brew with pre-ground if desired. Each drink can be programmed with your desired volumes of coffee, drink temperature, and how much milk or added water you want. For milk specialties like cappuccinos and lattes, the frothing assembly siphons milk and aerates it into a luscious foam. Cleaning is just as easy, with guided prompts and a dedicated milk clean cycle.
On-Demand Cold Brew
With a 10 in its name, the E10 can brew on-demand cold brew beverages with JURA's Cold Extraction Process. Water is pumped directly from the reservoir to the brew group, bypassing the boiler to avoid heating the coffee. A low frequency pulse helps to ensure rich extraction for true cold brewed coffee in just minutes. With the new P.A.G.2+ grinder, you can also adjust your grind extra coarse to ensure proper extractions while preparing cold brew beverages.
4 Worlds of Indulgence
JURA's worlds of indulgence refer to four unique brewing features that result in a total of 36 possible drink variations. Classic Hot is the standard JURA brewing mode, with coffee at the spouts dispensing between the 170s-180s F. Light Extraction is a low temperature brewing mode that dispenses ready to drink coffee around 140°F. Cold extraction uses water directly from the reservoir and a pulse frequency to extract rich malty flavor, and Sweet Foam attaches to the E10's milk frother to infuse flavored syrup directly into the milk.
The menu of unique drinks that can be produced by the E10 include:
Espresso, Coffee, Americano, Lungo, Espresso Doppio, Cortado, Espresso Macchiato, Cappuccino, Flat White, Latte Macchiato, Milk Foam, Hot Water
Professional Aroma Grinder Gen 2+
The E10's new grinder is at the heart of its specialty brewing. Tension is relieved from the burrs after grinding, increasing the grinder's lifespan but also allowing you to adjust their position before grinding again. This is great for cold brew drinks that require a coarse grind, but you can also adjust as desired for things like a fine grind for your espresso or a medium grind for long coffees. When programming your drinks, you can set the hemisphere of grind (mild or intense) and if the grinder isn't currently set in that range when you prepare that drink, the E10 will prompt you to adjust the burrs before brewing.

The E10 can prepare on-demand cold extracted drinks via the Cold Extraction Process. Coffee is brewed using water that bypasses the thermoblock and pumped with a low frequency pulse.

With the addition of cold brew, the E10 can prepare 36 drinks in all four styles, classic hot, ready to drink light, cold extracted, and milk drinks with syrup infused sweet foam.

With the JURA WiFi Transmitter (sold separately) installed, the E10 can connect to the J.O.E. app for drink customization. You can also schedule your E10 to wake up and brew a drink with the Coffee Timer.
