It’s got a 169 oz water reservoir, which is impressive by itself. But, the X10 is also compatible with JURA’s water line kit (sold separately), making it one of the few super-autos that can be plumbed for a never-ending supply of water. Beyond that, it's got a large 500g bean hopper (which can be upgraded to 1000g) and a 40-brew grounds tray, so it’ll continue to deliver drinks without needing to be emptied or refilled all that often. 

Another defining feature of the JURA X10 is its fully automatic Cold Extraction Process, which brings refreshing cold brews to your cup in a matter of minutes. Rather than simply delivering a more concentrated brew with the intent that it be diluted by ice, the X10 slowly pulses high-pressure cold water through the puck, resulting in actual, legitimate cold brew—it’s sweeter, more flavorful, and never bitter. 

But there’s more to this super-auto than cold brew capability—when it comes to hot beverages, the X10 delivers premium, piping hot lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, and more, all at the touch of a button. The height-adjustable spout combines hot water, milk, and coffee dispensing, and actually doubles the capabilities with a dual set of spouts so you can brew two drinks at once—even milk-based beverages.

The X10 uses their patented Pulse Extraction Process to pulse water through the puck for a more robust and even extraction, and the second-generation Product Recognizing Grinder automatically adjusts the grind size to best suit the beans and beverage you’re brewing.
